The publication of "Relations" ceased with that of 1672, but ms. reports were still sent by the missionaries to thier superiors and by the latter summarized for transmission to the heads of the order at Paris or Rome. While accredited to Dablon, Quebec superior of the Jesuits, in the title, the original draft was by Jean de Lamberville. Dablon edited his ms.
