A collection of 43 dissertations, each with special t.p. (dated 1604-1605). The collection was the product of the 4th Leiden collegium disputatorium on the Pandects, held Mar. 24, 1604-Apr. 30, 1605, and the dissertations seem to have been issued sequentially. Cf. Ahsmann, Margreet, Collegia en colleges, p. 349-350.
The dissertations are by a number of students, with a variety of praeses. The students were most probably the authors. Cf. Ahsmann, p. 311-323.
