Summary:
Through still photographs and narration, the tape describes the process of designing and creating costumes for the Fancy Division of the Mummer's Parade in Philadelphia, with photographs of the ways in which the Fancy costumes have changed over the years. The process is described by Robert (Bobby) Pandola of the Oregon Fancy Club and Palma and Robert Lucas of the Golden Sunrise Fancy Club.
