No "W. Weak" was known to be active as a publisher or bookseller in London during this period. Pforzheimer and Wing suggest that this name may be a misprint, with William Leake having in fact been the bookseller in question.

Copy 1 possibly presented to the Shakspeare Society of Philadelphia by J.O. Halliwell [later Halliwell-Phillipps].
Copy 1 imperfect: second leaf wanting; title leaf mounted; closely cropped at lower margin with partial loss of imprint, signatures and catchwords.
Copy 2 imperfect: first two leaves (including title leaf) wanting; closely cropped at top and bottom margins, with loss of text, running title, pagination, and signatures.
Copy 3 has first, second, and last leaves mended at margins.
Copy 4 has a ms. note by Horace Howard Furness with bibliographical information about this edition on front free endpaper; a few other bibliographical notes by Furness in margins; with Furness's autograph and bookplate.
