- Issued in illustrated orange paper wrappers printed with advertisements. Parts 1-5 include the Facey Romford advertiser (8 p. at front, except for pt. 5, which has only 4 p. of the advertiser). Parts 1, 2, 6, 10 and 12 have [4] p. of advertisments at end; pt. 2 has another [4] p. tipped in at front; pt. 12 has slip tipped in at front.
