- Script: First 5 folios written in a humanistic book script, with the remainder of the volume in various cursive scripts by many hands.
- Decoration: Pasted-in woodcut of Virgin and Child, with imprint: In Napoli Per Lazaro Scoriggio. 1620 (f. 1r).
- Binding: Contemporary parchment. Wormholes near spine and on pasted pages throughout.
- Origin: Written in Naples, ca. 1639 (f. 2v).
