- Foliation: Paper, 109; [i], 1-107, [i]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
- Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand, possibly that of Foscarini (f. 106r-v).
- Binding: Contemporary parchment. Bifolium forming f. 67-68 is pulled completely loose from binding. Covers stained and very slightly warped. Various stains and smudges on leaves. Slight oxidation of ink on some leaves.
