Summary:
The letter appears to be addressed to a pope and appears to deal with the political situation in Europe around the 1670s or 1680s. The writer asks for military support from the great powers for the war against the Turks. This appears to be an archival copy of the letter rather than an original. It was originally part of a larger volume.
