Title and attribution from title page. Heading of title page: "The first sheet."
Pagination: Paper, 43; [ii], 1-77, [vii]; contemporary pagination in ink, upper center.
Layout: Written out to the edges of each page, leaving little or no margins or gutter on most pages. On some pages a few words are lost at the edge or bottom.
Script: Written in a cursive script, possibly in the hand of Mary Statham (p. i).
Binding: Contemporary stamped paper. Inside upper cover contains a stamped coat of arms, partially trimmed away, with the legend "Super Fine."
Origin: Written in England, 22 September 1724 (p. i).
Paper somewhat brittle; edges fraying.
