- Foliation: Parchment, 8; [1-8]; modern foliation in pencil, lower right recto.
- Decoration: 1 4-line initial and 2 1-line initials in red (f. 1r). Notarial signets in ink at bottom of each page.
- Binding: Outermost bifolium used as cover.
- Origin: Valdenoceda[?] (province of Burgos, Spain), ca. 1450.
- Cover badly worn and wrinkled. Stains. Some holes and tears. Sheets of parchment not all quite the same size.
