- Summary:
- Commentary on Aristotle's logical works (Organon), in the form of lectures given in 1611 by a Jesuit priest, Pater Lebel, written by Antonius Roddier. This manuscript consists of two separately numbered sections. The title "Breve compendium" properly applies only to the first section, consisting of 40 numbered leaves. The second section, consisting of 259 numbered leaves, is entitled: "In universam logicam Aristotelis commentarii."

- Ms. codex.
- Foliation: Paper, i (contemporary paper) + 299; 1-40, 1-259; contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto. One leaf has been cut out after f. 259 of the second section.
- Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand, with notes in French in a second hand.
- Decoration: Includes several diagrams (f. 15v, 17r and 19r of the first section); tables on leaves that have been folded and bound in between f. 7-8 of the first section and f. 79-80, 129-130, 157-158 and 162-163 of the second section.
- Binding: Gilt-stamped leather, with the name Antonius stamped on the upper cover and "Roddier" on the lower cover. Upper cover detached; leather worn.
- Origin: Written in at the Jesuit academy in Bourges (McKittrick) in 1611 (f. i verso, f. 1r).
- Includes a printed leaf folded and bound in between f. 24-25 of the first section. It is entitled: "De clara modorum imperfectorum reductione ad perfectos et ad impossibile."
