Summary:
Mauricio Lasansky's letters to Carl Zigrosser concern his print studio and students at the State University of Iowa, grant applications, and their work with the Guggenheim Foundation.
In 1959, Zigrosser was asked by the American Federation of Arts to curate a retrospective of Lasansky's prints. A large portion of the material in these files concerns that work. Included are letters with Robert Luck listing expenses and giving timetables and deadlines, Zigrosser's detailed notes on Lasansky's prints (giving dates, states and titles), a bibliography, and drafts of Zigrosser's essay.
