Summary:
Carl Zigrosser was eager to show the photographs of Edward Weston at the Weyhe Gallery. Events intervened, and Weyhe never represented Weston. Weston's letters are forthcoming, and mention changes in his work, scruples about gallery representation, a photograph of Krishna Murti, his admiration of Atget, and his Guggenheim Fellowship applications (supported by Zigrosser).
