- Biography/History:
- Thomas Cluff Wilson transferred from Yale University to the University of Pennsylvania during his Sophomore year, 1927. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1929 majoring in History. As a member of Phi Sigma Kappa, Wison served in a variety of offices including his work to revive the fraternity "Scrap Book," which had fallen into disuse.

- This collection of photographs and scrapbook pages represent the franterity's collecting project to document its history. There are photographic prints of the fraternity building, both interior and exterior views, members of the group, campus scenes and buildings, and social activities of the brothers and thier friends.
