This Philadelphia magazine presented information on all areas of agriculture and horticulture - descriptions and diagrams of implements, articles on various methods of caring for farm buildings, equipment, and livestock, and advice on blights and diseases of crops and plants. The various breeds of horses and cattle are described in a series of articles, many of which are accompanied by pictures. Current prices and poetry are also included in the contents. Cf.
