This set of scores and parts was created by the library of the Philadelphia Orchestra during the tenure of conductor Eugene Ormandy. It consists of: 1 pencil manuscript score (10 p.); 1 ink manuscript score (11 p.); 1 Boosey & Hawkes full score (plate no.: Dom. Ed. No. 53); 55 ozalid copies of manuscript parts; 24 Boosey & Hawkes parts.
Also includes: 1 typewritten letter (1 sheet) to Eugene Ormandy from H. W. Heinsheimer of Boosey & Hawkes concerning publication of this arrangement, and 1 handwritten note from Heinsheimer concerning the plate number to be used on the published score and parts.
