O.".

O." and "Bill Smith" copies include insertions of additional spoken dialogue in English; a typewritten note attached at the head of p. 2 states "This script has been prepared solely for the use of those soloists participating in the concert performance December 5, 1957 with the Philadelphia Orchestra under the direction of Eugene Ormandy. Any other use of this script is prohibited."
