- Binding: Copy is disbound. Covers are brown leather over pasteboard with flap (Type II). Covers are blind stamped with central mandorla and have a blind tooled frame. Flap has coordinating stamp and tooling.
- Origin: Copy is dated 23 Ramadan 1106 A.H. (7 May 1695); probably copied in North Africa.
