Title from caption title (f. 1r).
Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Layout: 15 long lines.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Rubrications in purple.
Binding: Modern cardboard with mottled paper sides and flap (Type II); red leather spine and fore-edge hinge; plain paper doublure with red fabric spine and fore-edge hinge lining. The binding is loose from the textblock and appears never to have been bound to it.
Origin: Copy completed on 17 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1302 A.H. (7 September 1885) (f. 35v).
Watermarks: Abū Shubbāk (crescent face in a shield) with signature in Latin cursive script.
