Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.
Layout: Written in 19 long lines; border-ruled.
Script: Written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed.
Decoration: Rubrications in red.
Binding: Bound in cardboard with bright green embossed paper sides with flap (Type II); yellow paper doublure; covers are becoming detached.
Origin: The copy is undated and the scribe is not named; perhaps copied in the 17th or 18th century.
