- Foliation: Paper, i (contemporary paper) + 160 + i (contemporary paper); [1-260]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
- Layout: Written in 31 long lines; ruled in drypoint.
- Script: Written in a cursive script by what appears to be a single hand.
- Decoration: Diagrams (f. 84v, 85v, 86r, 86v); manicules (for example, f. 1v, 3r).
- Binding: Contemporary limp vellum leaf from a music manuscript, most likely containing the notation for the religious motet, Tribus miraculis.
