Annoque domini, 1753. : Between Sir William Pepperrell, Baronet, Jacob Wendell, Thomas Hubbard, and John Winslow, Esqrs; and Mr. James Bowdoin. Commissioners appointed by His Excellency William Shirley, Esq; captain general and governour in chief, in and over His Majesty's province of the Massachusetts-Bay in New-England, to treat with the Eastern Indians of the one part, and the Indians of the Penobscott tribe of the other part.
