To the public. : The printer not being able to publish Capt. Sweet's answer to Col. Wanton's address, of yesterday, by the time required; the following general strictures on his character and conduct, with a certificate from Mr. Josiah Hewes, respecting the same, being part of said answer, are now offered, by desire, to the consideration of the public.
