Followed by two additional proclamations given by William Howe at Boston on October 28, and an Association proposed by the loyal citizens.
"It may have been issued in New York."--Ford. However, relief cut of royal arms (Reilly 920) is identified as being used only by Ebenezer Watson of Hartford at this time.
