David Hall, a Philadelphia printer, publisher, and bookseller, was in partnership with Benjamin Franklin as B. Franklin, and D. Hall from 1748 to 1766. The American Antiquarian Society copy was found bound into Isaiah Thomas' file of Franklin and Hall's Pennsylvania gazette, after the issue of February 7, 1760.
