Included in Ford, W.C. Broadsides, ballads &c. printed in Massachusetts ... no. 928. Ford and Bristol suggest imprint dates of 175-. However, typographical evidence, including a border ornament (Reilly 761) which was used primarily during the 1760s and 1770s, suggests a later printing.
