Notes:
Surrounded by elaborate ornamental border. The motto "Mercy, Justice, Virtue & Silence" is contained within the ornaments at head, and the imprint, with the date divided to either side of Poulson's name, is contained within the ornaments at foot. Based on elements in the ornamental border (Reilly 523, 726, and 762) which are identified as having been used by Joseph Crukshank of Philadelphia during the 1770s, the broadside was probably printed while Poulson served as his apprentice during the latter half of 1778.
