- Resolve and act both signed: A true copy of record, examined by George Wyllys, sec'ry.
- Evans ascribes to the press of Timothy Green of New London. However, the broadside was more likely printed at Hartford by Hudson and Goodwin, who printed other separately issued resolves of the General Assembly at this time. Not in Johnson, H.A. New London.
