Notes:
The calendar pages are by David Hale. The calculations are identical with those in the Columbian almanac for 1796 published at Philadelphia by Stewart & Cochran and calculated by Hale, except that the present almanac lacks the columns of clock equations and tides. A majority of the astronomical notes in the third column correspond with the majority of those in the Philadelphia almanac. The eclipse predictions on p. [2] are identical in wording to an extent that shows them to be by the same hand.
Title vignette. The Anatomy is the only other illustration.
