Verse in 116 lines; first line: 'Twas on November, the tenth day.
At end: These lines were describ'd and pen'd by Jonas Clark the captain's friend, who was on board when tempests blew, and one of the surviving crew. Bristol and NUC pre-56 attribute to Jonas Clark, 1730-1805, but there is no evidence to suggest that the Lexington, Mass., minister was ever at sea.
Text in three columns; printed area measures 23.2 x 22.0 cm.
