Attributed to Henrich Hartmann by Evans, though it is not clear that he wrote more than the second section. Listed by Evans among imprints for 1798, but with imprint date correctly recorded as 1797. Listed in Evans for 1797 as 33142 with slightly different title ("Berennung" instead of "Brennerey") and lacking the Hartmann work. Bötte & Tannhof list the title with "Brennerey" as Evans 33142.
