- Ascribed to John Dunlap's Philadelphia press by Evans (entry 14517) and Hildeburn. A second entry in Evans (14055) supplies New York as place of publication. Ascribed by Ford to the press of Ezekiel Russell of Salem, based on an advertisement for it appearing in the imprint of another broadside printed by Russell. Cf. Bristol B4113; Ford, W.C.
