Another issue (Evans 24129) names Charles Cist of Philadelphia as printer. James Cowan was a printer and publisher at Easton, Talbot County, Md. from 1790 to 1804. Minick notes that Cowan had this work printed elsewhere, as "the type does not correspond with that which he used at this time."
