Notes:
Eleven numbered articles for a fire society with no specific name indicated in the text.
Signed by George Holmes and eighteen others.
Dated [1724] by Bristol and Ford. However, since most of the subscribers were born between 1700 and 1710, married between 1734 and 1738, and two died in 1751, the broadside was probably printed between 1738 and 1750. Printer's ornaments (Reilly 361, 595, 684, and 777) are among those often used at that time by John Draper, also one of the subscribers.
