- Bolton Hall was a lawyer in New York City. In 1910 he founded the Free Acres Association in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
- Summary:
- Consists of letters to Bolton Hall from a number of correspondents. Also includes 2 letters to Gerard P. Herrick, one of which is from Katharine B. (Mrs. Clarence) Day; 2 letters to Mrs. Herrick from Poultney Bigelow; one card to Harold Brown from Amar Singh; and one letter to Mrs. Lois Bolton Hall from Porter Emerson Browne. The collection includes 1 postcard, 2 postal cards and 8 clipped autographs of several of Hall's correspondents.
