The British merchant, for 1787 : addressed to the Chamber of Manufacturers : Part I. On the commercial policy of any treaty with France; and in, particular, of the present treaty : with an appendix, containing the French tariffs of duties inwards in 1664 and 1699 : and a table of the alterations in our own duties, affected by the VIIth article of the present treaty.
