Proposals for raising a supply to Her Majesty of 300,000 l. per ann. and for the greater encouragement of the manufactory of weaving : by a more effectual method of preventing the clandestine importation of the goods hereafter named, and thereby secure Her Majesties customs as well as incourage the said trade, both which are extreamly lessen'd by such ill practices.
