A scheme for raising two millions upon standing orders in the Exchequer : payable in course out of a fund of 186,670 l. per ann. for thirty two years, with a certain increase of principal and interest, according to several classes, in the same manner as was propos'd for raising 1,500,000 l. : and in this schene there are 857 premiums or prizes, which make about one premium or prize in every 22 tickets or receipts.
